Overview: My work with Autobox started with the development of the website for their newly established Laagri branch. Using Elementor, I created a clean, fast, and informative site designed for optimal user experience and accessibility, featuring service details and a hero video.

Expanded Partnership: This initial project quickly evolved into a broader technical support role covering both their Mäealuse and Laagri locations. In addition to regular website maintenance (like regular price updates) and managing their Google Business Profiles, I now serve as their primary on-call, hands-on IT support specialist.

IT Support Scope: This versatile role involves providing timely, on-site assistance for a wide range of technical needs – from troubleshooting everyday software issues (like PDF problems or printer malfunctions) to performing essential hardware maintenance and upgrades (such as cleaning PCs, installing SSDs, and adding RAM) to keep their business technology running efficiently.
